A unique open concept layout that is cropping up more and more is a master suite with an open bathroom. Basically, there are no doors separating the bathroom and the bedroom. While the set-up isn’t for everyone, for some it offers a flow that they are more attracted to than the traditional set-up. It has a very minimalist appeal that is modern and loft-like. Some hotel rooms adopt this look to make the most of the space. If your master suite is small, going with an open concept can definitely help make the space feel more open and less cramped.
