Some of the world’s greatest interior design can be found in hotels across the globe. That is certainly true for L’Hotel Marrakech in Morocco, designed by Jasper Conran who also designed several dresses for the late Princess Diana and finally had the opportunity to fulfill his dream of designing a hotel with L’Hotel Marrakech.
The riad offers five suites that each have their own unique flavor. The entire place is stunning, not overlooking a single detail from the luxurious, rich textiles to the grand feeling of each space. Every room is bursting with charm and character in an elegant, comfortable way.

Yellow is cheerful and welcoming in this dining area while a beautiful hallway of green peeks out from around the corner.
The deep plum color in the chairs and area rug add a rich appeal to this already stately hall.
So many beautiful patterns are at work in this space yet it all flows together beautifully.
How stunning is the all-white canopy bed? This whole room is fresh and chic, really showcasing the stunning details on the other furniture.
The vanity looks like it was carved right out of the wall. The gold accents add a touch of glamour.
Love the contrast of the rich colors and patterns of the seating area against the white bedding.
The sharp contrast of black and white make this bathroom dramatic in such a simple way.
The tall curtains and black and white palette are even more stunning from the outside.
Who wouldn’t love to relax in this charming sanctuary?
The courtyard is chic and comfortable with a continuation of the black and white palette with a few hints of color.
What an incredible place to stay!

Hotels offer some of the most unique and interesting design inspiration in the world. Some of my favorites are overseas in Europe because of the fabulous history in the cities and architecture. I recently discovered a particularly inspiring hotel in Paris aptly called the Hotel Panache. The designer, Dorothee Meilichzon, was inspired by the neighborhood and the architecture of the building, leading her to incorporate a lot of angles in the interior.
The result is a fantastic mixture of shapes and textures that come together to create a glamorous, mid-century modern experience. It’s inspiring to see the intentional way she used geometric shapes and lines to create interest, as well as how she brilliantly mixed different textures and colors for a dramatic yet elegant result. The entire hotel is something special.

Mirrors and metallic finishes give the lobby a chic, art deco flair.
Dark wood floors in a herringbone pattern and beautiful geometric tiles make even the floor a compelling part of the design.
Black, white, and gold add a glamorous touch to the bar area that has a mid-century modern vibe.
Dark blue seating brings a touch of color to the space that is rich yet comfortable.
In another section, burnt orange seating in a luxurious fabric creates a stunning contrast to the white walls and dark floors.
How captivating is that bookcase? Love how it looks like it is on fire.
Several different textures come together in harmony to create a layered, visually interesting yet very cohesive space.
Even the ceiling is special with a high-gloss, reflective white finish.
The rooms are more subdued with a relaxing grey palette but the shapes and beautiful textures continue.
An angular mirror is contrasted by the round chandelier and again by the clean color blocking on the walls.
What a fabulous hotel!

Supermodel Karlie Kloss recently had the pleasure of staying rent-free in an incredible AirBnB mansion in Beverly Hills, located just moments away from the Sunset Strip. The $10 million mansion is as fashionable as it is spacious with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, not to mention two living rooms and a large pool. The home is definitely perfect for entertaining.
As far as style goes, the palette is mostly black and white with modern decor. While the decor is simple and minimalist, it has a lavish flair to it that makes it the perfect home away from home for a New York-based supermodel.

The entrance immediately wows with giant doors, polished marble floors, and a sleek interior.
High-gloss black panels on an accent wall in one of the sitting rooms create a lavish look while reflecting light from the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.
Another living area has a fashionable black and white palette with modern decor. The area rug adds some character and helps define the space in the nice open floor plan.
The dining room is chic and luxe with a glass table, statement-making chairs, and more high-gloss black accents.
The kitchen and breakfast nook are bright in white and grey with a great open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining.
In the master bedroom, the bed is raised up on a platform to make it the focal point in the spacious room.
The pool outside is spectacular with plenty of room to entertain and lots of privacy.
Such a cool place!
