For this edition of home tour, we’ll be exploring a beautiful mini-mansion in my home state of sunshiney Florida. Join me for an exciting Miami home tour right in the heart of Miami Beach located on 810 Lakeview Drive. It sits along 111 waterfront feet of the exclusive Surprise Lake. This stunning estate was built by renowned Italian architect Achille Salvagni. He is known for creating custom furnishings and interiors for luxury properties and yachts. This house is one of his latest masterpieces.
The home has two stories, 7,951 square feet, 7 bedroom suites, and 6.5 bathrooms. It sits on about a third of an acre. It has a 90-foot infinity pool, private boat dock, patios, covered balconies, and steam room. The international owner decided to sell it since he wasn’t able to enter the U.S. due to the pandemic. It was recently listed for 21 million.
Breathtaking Exterior

The exterior of this Miami beach is incredibly sleek. The home is so on trend with its curvilinear lines. Curved shapes are one of my favorite Spring trends of 2021. I love how the green marble accents on the exterior cover the length of the two-story home. And if you don’t have an infinity pool surrounded by palm trees are you really living in Miami?
Curvalicious Living Room

I adore how spacious this modern, chic living room is. The bronze staircase adds drama and excitement into the space. The iconic home is filled with bespoke Achille Atelier furniture that is available for purchase at 1.5 million for the collection or a la carte. Another amazing feature of the home is the large windows that visually connect the top and bottom floor. They also do a great job merging the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The curvilinear trend is consistent throughout the entire home. It’s just about visible in every room, from the furniture to the fixtures. Every piece in the home is well-curated. Each piece adds the perfect amount of flair including the light fixtures. Everything works together seamlessly.

This section of the living area offers a fun pop of color. The custom yellow furniture pairs beautifully with the deep blue column. I love how you can see the details of the curvilinear walls in this shot. It gives you a sneak peek of the marble behind it.
The Dining Room

The curvilinear trend continues into the dining room with its round dining table set-up. I especially love the marble details and wood paneling that lead up to it. The wood paneling creates some beautiful shadows. I also appreciate how the same rich green marble accents on the exterior are present throughout the interior of the home.
Chef’s Kitchen

The curvilinear trend is even apparent in this unique kitchen island. The decor is quite minimal, keeping the focus on the beautiful sculptural fixtures. This kitchen is truly one of a kind with custom cabinetry adorned with 24-karat leaf detailing — the height of luxury.
Primary Bedroom Suite

This is the primary bedroom suite that has a private deck attached. The rich marble accent wall looks exquisite contrasted with the dark wall next to it. The rest of the furniture is neutral, giving the room a wonderful balance.

The bathroom is one of the most minimal parts of the home. It’s reminiscent of the Japandi trend. The round freestanding bathtub looks extremely inviting. It pairs wonderfully with the round freestanding sinks.
I hope you enjoyed this Miami home tour of this newly constructed estate. This home is perfect for someone with a sophisticated palette and a deep appreciation for art and design. And how can you pass up living right on the beach in such a vibrant city?
Warmly,
Megan
