The location of 5046 Carbon Beach Terrace couldn’t be any more perfect. This gorgeous Malibu Mansion is perched on a cliff overlooking Carbon Beach, also known as Billionaire’s Beach. As if that view isn’t enough, this newly built mansion even has its own private man-made beach. Now that we have confirmed how dreamy the surroundings of the home are, let’s begin the tour.

The Exterior
This stunning luxury home was designed by Doug Burdge. It has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and its own separate guesthouse. Entering this home in the evening is such a beautiful sight because of the glimmering lights on the driveway pavers. They really help the home stand out.

Overall, the lighting is excellent and the landscaping is on point. Around the exterior of the home, there are beautiful water features that truly make this place a paradise. The lighting on the staircase and fountain elevate the whole ambiance.

The Interior
As you enter the home, straight ahead you can see the floor to ceiling retractable windows that give you captivating sunrise to sunset views. The home has a very open floor plan.

I love the light-colored wood floors and ceilings throughout the home. It pairs wonderfully with its beachy surroundings. I also enjoy all the colorful artwork on the walls.

Formal Dining Room
The long dining table is an excellent spot for entertaining. It’s conveniently backdropped by a large display case of libations for easy access. The Parson chairs look comfortable and stylish.

The Office
I wouldn’t mind working from this office with its incredible views. The built-in seating would be the perfect spot to take breaks and just soak up the scenery. I think the designers did an impeccable job with the lighting. Everything from the display cases to the artwork is beautifully lit.

Outdoor Pool
Right by the private man-made beach is an outdoor infinity pool. There is sufficient seating, and lounge chairs overlooking the beach. There’s also a fire pit to stay warm during chilly nights.

Living Room
I love the contemporary design of this room, especially the marble coffee table and the long built-in fireplace. My favorite part about this home is that just about every room offers spectacular views.

Art Installation
Another one of my favorite features is the captivating art installation between the staircases. I love how they hang down so delicately. The almost invisible attachments make the round spheres look like they are floating. They stop just short of a beautiful grand piano.

Amenities
This home has all the essential amenities and more. It’s perfect for entertaining complete with a full bar, billiards table, and state of the art projector.

The home also has a gym and spa area. The spa area includes a large jacuzzi area with a TV, a massage room, and a sauna.

The Kitchen
This large kitchen looks like a dream come true for someone who loves to cook. You would never have to complain about not having enough storage or counter space. I like how sleek all the fixtures look. The trio of gold pendant lights is stunning.

Master Bedroom
Of course, the master bedroom also has breathtaking views. I love the contemporary seating and table by the balcony. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee.

In addition, the master has a large bathroom with two vanities —a couple’s dream. The bathroom also has a large tub. To top it all off, the closet is massive. Look at all that storage space!

Lighting Details

How cool is this hallway? I love the innovative lighting design with the sleek L-shaped lights that connect where the ceiling meets the wall. It creates such a pleasing aesthetic.
The home at 5046 Carbon Beach Terrace also comes with a membership to La Costa Beach and Tennis Club, just 5-minutes away. It seems as if this home has endless perks. I hope you enjoyed exploring this piece of paradise with me.
