I’ll have to admit, one of my guilty pleasures is watching Selling Sunset on Netflix. There’s a lot of drama on the show, but it’s still worth watching for the stunning homes you get to see. Almost every home is gorgeous in its own way, but I’ll share some of my favorite Selling Sunset houses from Selling Sunset Season 3.
Modern Mansion on Beverly

Although overpriced, there’s no doubt that this sprawling estate in Beverly Hills is a beauty. The home is listed at 75 million has 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It also comes with a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom guesthouse. The exterior almost looks more like the entrance to a state-of-the-art museum than a home.

One of my favorite areas of the home is the elegant foyer. The sleek floating staircase is stunning. The added lighting on the steps gives the stairs an even more elevated look.

I love how the floor to ceiling windows in this living area give a seamless indoor/outdoor flow. Just past these windows is one of Beverly Hill’s most gigantic pools, perfect for resort-style relaxation. Imagine all the glamourous pool parties you’d be able to host.

Versace Mansion

This Bel Air mansion was renamed the “Versace Mansion” by the Selling Sunset team. This is because everything from the wallpaper to the dishes inside the home is Versace. It’s currently still listed on the market for 8,950,000. This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom mansion lives up to its nickname and is nothing short of opulent. You can just tell by looking at the ornate gated entrance.

Inside the Versace mansion, you’ll find Bentley couches and many chandeliers throughout. Behind the house, a set of staircases will lead you to a pool with beautiful resort-style cabanas.

The Fennell House

At the beginning of the season, this house needed some work. The Selling Sunset team used their concierge service, paying upfront for the renovations. There were a couple of delays, but I love the end result. After the renovations and staging, they were able to sell this 3 bedroom, 4 bath home pretty quickly. The wooden beams on the ceilings throughout are among my favorite features.

The Fennell home also has a lovely backyard area equipped with a pool and spa. The beautiful deck even has a covered grill area perfect for enjoying an outdoor BBQ. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for chilly evenings.
House on Hillside

Although we didn’t see too much of the Hillside home on Season 3. Jason announced he was able to sell this house, landing the team one of their biggest sales at almost 40 million. The home was designed by a world-renowned architectural design firm, Saoto.
This 5 bed, 9 bath home is exquisite. I love the outdoor decks and balconies throughout the home. From any floor, you can walk outside and enjoy some fresh air and breathtaking views. The landscaping is also stunning, especially the greenery that drapes over the balcony.

You can’t beat this seamless indoor/outdoor transition in the living area. Imagine being able to watch the sky change colors during sunset right from your living room. The unique light fixtures make this space extra stylish.
Hollywood Hills Home

This mid-century modern home is located in the Hollywood Hills. My favorite parts of this home are the exposed wooden beams and skylights. I also love the view of the outdoor greenery the bedroom provides.

Well, that includes the overview of my favorite houses from Selling Sunset Season 3. I hope you enjoyed daydreaming about these beautiful homes with me. Which ones were your favorite?
