Fashion model Angela Lindvall wanted to put down roots in a small town atmosphere but still wanted to be near the conveniences of a big city. She found the perfect place in Topanga Canyon that feels like a small country town even though it is nestled in the middle of Los Angeles.
Her home, a Spanish-style two-story that she’s lived in for ten years, is surrounded by seven acres of nature, complete with a barn. She has taken her time cultivating the space with art, antiques, and finds from around the globe to create a space that is as unique as it is comfortable. She lives there with her three sons, so the most important thing has been to have a home that embraces family.
This home is truly unique in every way and offers a ton of inspiration on decorating a space that reflects you. Enjoy this beautiful home tour courtesy of My Domaine.

A heavy wood front door has details that instantly set the tone for the character present throughout the home.
Beautiful, rustic details like the wood beams and stone table contrast with airy glass elements for a nice balance. Textiles add a layer of softness and comfort.
A gallery wall featuring various wildlife and florals brings a whimsical touch of nature to this vignette.
This vignette is a perfect example of the home’s casual, eclectic quality. Every piece looks like it has a story.
A piano in one of the hallways brings an artistic touch to the home.
How beautiful is the tile work leading up the staircase? They bring in a beautiful pop of color and pattern to the mostly neutral palette.
The home is surrounded by wildlife, making it feel like a hidden gem.
The boys’ bedrooms are just as rustic and eclectic as the rest of the home, with a touch of each boy’s personality.
The dining room table mixes wood and glass again with intriguing details.
What a wonderful home!
