Calvin Klein’s Miami Beach house has always kept people’s curiosity piqued, as he has been very private about allowing photographs of it to be released.
The last time it was photographed was in 2008 by Bruce Weber for Vanity Fair. With the choice to put it on the market recently, however, we have finally been granted a full tour.
The home was built in 1992 and is up for sale for $16 million. It is 5,800 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, and a host of beautiful features such as a courtyard and long infinity pool.
It is a beautiful coastal hideaway with a chic, rustic flair. It’s no surprise that a style icon has been calling it home.
Black-framed doors create a beautiful contrast against the white walls throughout the home.
A huge courtyard at the center of the home offers a peaceful, park-like atmosphere.
Wood furniture pieces throughout the home give it a simple, rustic appeal.
In the bedrooms, wood floors compliment the ceiling beams.
This all white space brings all your attention to the stunning view outside.
Black and white looks super chic in the classic, understated kitchen.
The infinity pool leads right to the most incredible feature of the home: the ocean view.
Bamboo encapsulates the patio and leads your eyes to the ocean.
A light texture on the walls is all this bathroom needs to feel relaxing yet chic.
The many outdoor paths make the home feel like its own haven, separate from the world.
It’s such a treat that we finally got a look into this amazing home tour. It was well worth the wait.
Warm regards,
Megan
