When I travel, I so often want to bring a piece of that place back home with me. Sometimes, I’m even so inspired as to want to infuse some of the spirit of that place into my home’s decor. A lot of people feel this way about a particular place and one of the most popular travel destinations that inspires this feeling is Greece.
Greece is rich with history and stunning vistas. The quality of life there is relaxing and full of inspiring streets, villages and people. So, how do you capture all of that in your home? There is one simple color combination that always brings Greece to my mind.
Blue and white.
More specifically, a vivid blue and stark white. It immediately calls the mind the stunning views of the sea and the white buildings lining the coast. The best part is that blue and white decor is incredibly versatile and never goes out of style. It’s timeless. Enjoy these 10 spaces featuring blue and white that capture the essence of the Mediterranean.
